The package arrived after one week with minor damage that did not affect the device itself. It works well and I am satisfied. Good for engraving on light wood. It is good for making things as a hobby, but for something more serious it is too slow and too weak. I plan to get the Air assist nozzle kit and with it avoid the soot it creates when cutting. If you put a high speed and power, it is imprecise, and the lines are bumpy, if you put a lower speed and less power, it is precise but smokes a lot. It depends on what kind of material you are working with. Basically, as much money, as much music :)
